My name is Molly, and I’ve been working with Carolyn through Start-Up Revelstoke since February 2021. Carolyn is an absolute joy to work with—she consistently offers the best advice and an incredible depth of business knowledge.
Our journey began when I was hand-dyeing yarn for The Mimo Yarn Co. and selling it at our local farmers’ markets. Fast forward to today, and I’m the proud owner of a bricks-and-mortar store in downtown Revelstoke for local and visiting crafters, The Makery.
It all started as an idea during my post-graduate business management studies, when we were tasked with developing a business concept. What had been a dream for over five years finally came to life on November 19, 2025—and I’m still over the moon.
